"the apartment is very spacious and well-decorated, and the location is quite convenient for traveller, it is just one minute walking distance to metro."

"1, noise. the apartment is very close to the road and dur to the old wood floor, it was quite noisy in the night and early morning. we had to bear with the noise of motorcycles and cars, and the kids running on the second floor. 2, not enough hot water. we are a 6-person group, however the water heater is designed for just 3-4 person, that means the other 2 person have to wait a few hours for shower. this is not so good for tired tourists in winter. 3, not well equipmented, especially the kichen. The pans in the apartment are very weird, none of them have handles! Also, the sheets and duvet covers are pilling up, and maybe that that clean, one of my kids was allergic to the sheets which never happened before."

"Fantastic location. Very easy to get around Paris from the Republique metro station, with multiple lines intersecting the stop. The Marais and 3rd arrondissement to the south of the apartment are full of cafes and restaurants. Apartment is spacious. Manager went above and beyond to make our stay great."

"There are 4 showers but only 2 toilets. The front bedroom faces the square, and can be noisy. The American fast food restaurants on the square are a major distraction, but simply head south from the apartment to find great, local restaurants and cafes."

"El piso era muy acogedor y grande y el diseño muy bonito. Las vistas desde los balcones dan a la plaza de la Republique. Por lo tanto con una buena ubicación."

"En las habitaciones q tenían baño incorporado, no tenían wc, sólo ducha y lavabo. Y que te piden una fianza de 2000€ después de haber hecho la reserva y haber pagado el apartamento. Y el idioma, como no sepas francés o inglés, olvídate de q te entiendan en español."

"It could be a little noisy from people in the square. We could have used more towels and stocked with other helpful items. Another suggestion would be to have a folder of good information such as how to use the stove and washer and dryer and a list of good restaurants nearby."
